MSTSA’s
Third Annual 2008 Student Scrub Bowl was another
Successful Student Event!!
Did someone Say Scrub
Bowl?!! YES! We had many students arrive from colleges
all across the state of Michigan that were eager to
participate in the MSTSA Annual Scrub Bowl! The top 3
winners received a Scrub Notes Binder that contained
dividers, and index cards for great note taking, as well
as various AST merchandise. The 1st place winner
received a 2008 Scrub Bowl Championship Trophy as well
as a Class Scrub Bowl Trophy to honor their school. It
was a great opportunity for students to meet with other
surgical technology students, test their knowledge,
learn something new, and have fun!

As you should be aware, it is never safe
to open email attachments from anyone that you do not
know. Because of this we ask that you first introduce
yourself by following the simple procedure below to send
file attachments to any member listed on our Contacts
Page.
1. Click on the contacts name to whom you
wish wish to send pictures. In this case
Carrie Schrepfer, CST
2. Complete the message form, introducing
yourself, the program you are attending, that you would
like to submit pictures and a brief explanation of what
they are about. Details can come later.
3. When Carrie checks her email and
responds to you you will have her email address. Please
follow any specific instructions she might give.
When sending pictures for our web pages
the web team requests that you try to send pictures
larger than you would expect to see on the web page as
this gives us the most flexibility. If your email
application offers to reduce the size of pictures,
don't. We reserve the right
to reduce size as needed, color correct, contrast enhance and
crop, in fact you might be amazed what we can do with
your pictures but we cannot enlarge a picture and end up
with optimum results. |
